I have been a client for about 3 years and have not had one complaint. Everyone is helpful, caring, and courteous!! From Matt checking people in up front to Jamika (the Director) in the back!! And everyone in between like Nathan and Zach who have always been available at the drop of hat and willing to drop what they are doing to listen and that is very important whether you have many years clean or just a day! The girl on the phone yesterday July 7th she walked me through the form she was very supportive but the girl in the clinic on main street never uploaded my Form as a result of this I'm still waiting to see the doctor . Other wise I'm happy with so far everything else thanks Clifton Morrison

I originally went to medmark, but came to crossroads because u guys accepted my insurance. Crossroads is so much better than medmark. The main reason is that crossroads accepts my insurance, whereas medmark accepts no insurance. Crossroads always gets my medicine in on time & I can’t say the same for medmark. I would recommend crossroads to anyone.
