The process was very long for intake but the people that work here are awesome! Very friendly and caring!
Crossroads is great! Your counselor is a big part of your recovery and mine is the best. I feel like he truly cares about his clients. He had to be out a little while and I had to see another counselor . He told me as soon as he pulled my file up I just need to get out of the program. But other than the one bad apple it’s been great there.

I had an amazing intake at Crossroads, the staff couldn't have been more friendly & welcoming. They made our transition from our old program to Crosswords such a smooth & pleasant one. I cannot wait to take this journey to recovery with the staff at Crossroads. I feel so hopeful for the first time in a long time that my recovery will be successful.

Everyone that have spoke with at the facility that works there has been absolutely awesome. There’s an equal balance of professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is needing care for their addiction issues. I will continue to come here until my addiction issues are resolved. I had went to another place before here and it was awful. I am just so happy that I found crossroads treatment center and I’m so happy that they have a wonderful staff and Director.

Great! I just have to brag on my counselor, Teesha is a very caring person and I’m bkesssd to have her as my counselor. I know I’m bipolar and crazy at times but she is always nice and patient with me . Also the 2 ladies at the check in window are awesome. They always have a positive attitude.... and can’t leave out the director Ms. Cheryl, she is fabulous, always willing to help.

Great place staff really does a good job and treat people fair. Sometimes the wait can be an issue but mainly just after holidays.
