The whole process is super simple, fast and effective! Not to mention the front desk is skilled in making sure your not billed for ANYTHING (per insurance) ! Very fast and nice experience overall! Dr petner takes care of his patients and hears you out with whatever your going through! Over all Great place to go and I will recommend crossroads westmoreland location to anyone looking for treatment! Thanks

I love the Erie office. The staff are always kind, helpful and welcoming. I love that the care manager Michelle is always available to help me if I need it. She too is kind, caring and professional. Dr. Leemhaus is my favorite doctor there, he sincerely cares about my overall well-being and how I’m doing between visits and making sure I’m getting the care, & counseling I need as well as making sure I’m taking my medicine correctly etc. He treats me as a person, a patient not just “another addict” like some places do.
