The experience at Crossroads is always incredibly pleasant. It’s always quick, the staff never wastes my time. I was able to come, sign off on paperwork, talk to a case manager and get the Sublocade shot. All quickly enough to get back to work long before lunch time. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone!

The receptionist Sherona is always courteous and helpful. She works very hard. Also the Spanish counselor (bad with names) is always going out of his way to help. The system set up there is perfect for me. I set my appointment every month and don’t need to remember because the computer sends me automatic reminders. Every doctor seen has also done a very good job. I have been going to Ars westmoreland for almost two years and I have never had a bad experience.
