Because of transportation issues at the moment it's hard for me to get into the office. They were very nice when I had to reschedule twice. When I did make it in, I was early. They took me almost immediately. I went to the back to fill out my survey then went for vitals then to the waiting room to see the doctor. Each place the nurses were very nice and answered any questions I had. The wait was minimal because there was only one person ahead of me.
