Dr. Vimala Ramesh was very helpful and very interactive and really seemed like she cared about her patients. I thought that she was wonderful. And I have a closer office that I could go to but down at Washington they always make me feel like they care and really want to help. So I give them great respect and thank them very much for their help.

Fast and efficient everyone knows there jobs and it shows one thing I would like is to have one doctor instead of different ones each time yet the doctors are awesome and they listen

I think it’s a nice place to go to. Once u get there and sign in there’s no extra wait time. They are real fast at what they do. Best part is that they are so friendly, politely and respectful to you at all times.

Crossroads is great. The staff knows clients by their name. They are ready at any time to help with problems. Crossroads has many outlets to help clients with problems from counseling to medical to transportation and so much more. The only way I will leave Crossroads is to move to where they don't have a clinic.
