Got to see the doctor in a timely manner.Staff was very friendly
I had missed my routine TeleVisit and got rescheduled via TeleVisit with the Allentown Office. Crossroads customer service (which is whom I contact in Need of rescheduling) is always very helpful and accommodating. I try to stick with the same Dr and location but sometimes that changes. The Allentown Dr was comforting and easy to talk to. Crossroads is the first virtual appointments I have been doing and they made fairly easy.

They take the time to listen and never make me feel like I’m just another junkie looking for a fix, unlike other places I’ve been a patient with in the past. Everything went fine except she scheduled my appointment for 20 days instead of 30 days other than that everything was good
