Get directionsDr. Kathleen is always helpful and resourceful. Also, the medical assistant staffer Mrs. Palma is always a pleasure to be around.
Great Experience with the Staff and Doctors with Quick Treatment!
Everyone is always very friendly and efficient when I come for my appointment
Crossroads is the only facility I ever been at, but they are a Great Staff to work with.
My counselor always speaks no matter what time I come in and what she has going on she always makes time to make sure that I’m ok and that I don’t need to talk and if I do literally drops what she is doing to listen to my complaints and it goes a long way the way the treatment is there.Compared to other facilities that I’ve been to this one is the best all because of Tara and also the first person you see when walking in Luke always has a smile and greets me in a way that doesn’t make me feel embarrassed for being there

You do great the only issue I would have is when there is a line in the waiting room an the people at the windows an back there eating an doing god knows what as 10 people are standing there late for work an you see one walk by eating a snack ones talking to the other about her kids just feel like I could clear 10 or 30 people out of the room in 10 mins
Last few visits went very well. As a long-time patient that has kept up with my therapy and my drug screens have been good for several years my appointment went very well. In-N-Out in about 10 minutes or so very efficient very satisfied.
Very professional and helpful
