The whole operation runs very smoothly now. There were times during summer when the lines/wait would be really long but that’s expected as we were dealing with the beginning stages of the pandemic. However everything runs very well now and has been since late summer. Everyone that works there are really friendly and helpful to me. I had some issues and owned my part of it, so the director, counselor were really fair to me. I came to Crossroads in October 2017. I was lost and needed a strong foundation on which to plant my feet in recovery. I found that at Crossroads. I have always felt respected and hopeful with my treatment here. Crossroads has stood by me in my recovery through many trials and tribulations and I’m very thankful! I have been with Crossroads since their very first day open in Petersburg, VA. I’m so grateful for this clinic. My life has done a whole 360 since being on methadone. Everyone there is very friendly and willing and able to help.
