I love the office in feasterville and the provider that I personally see. Both the provider and office staff make my experience comfortable and easy every time I am in the office.

The receptionist was fabulous.....she had a very rude patient she was dealing with but still treated me wonderful. I appreciate the professionalism. And the doctor is empathetic and helpful, I felt taken care of all around.

Did well getting me in on a timely manner when I was at my worst. Was sent to the Clarion clinic first, but moved me to Bradford clinic to accommodate my transportation issue. But I had to re do the intake paperwork when I transferred to Bradford, when I felt my info could’ve been transferred/ faxed from clarion to Bradford office. But overall Crossroads has done very well getting me the help that I needed. Have not had a relapse since entering the Crossroads program. Thank you for your help!
