Happy to be back on Dr. Hilliard’s case load! Wait was a little long... I waited in the zoom waiting room about an hour give or take a few minutes.
I had to have surgery and Lisa P, the director, and the DON, my counselor Katie and Dr Ruth all went out of their way to make my monthly appt seamless and everything went off without a hitch. I am always treated with respect and I really appreciate it. I also have to give a shout out to Ms. Meleesa! Hope I didn’t misspell her name but she is awesome. It really makes my day whenever to see her and the rest of the staff.

Good they are very good at listening and making sure we will come in and out Fasley it doesn’t interfere with your daily life. Like most clinics will have a wait there all day this one is more humane and understanding.
