The people is great I haven’t failed a drug test for long while but I was a bottle short on returns so I lost my take homes for 30 days we use to just put em in the trash can when we came in so I wasn’t guarding them like my full ones which are in a safe I thought that was a bit extreme over empty bottles when I was not dirty
My counselor Curtis, my director Marisa and my two nurses Janeisha and Domenique have made our experience amazing and better than I’ve ever expected .. EVERYTIME I see them it’s really a great productive interaction .. without them I’m not sure I could have made it through all of this. It’s really hard trusting people woth your sobriety and I really am grateful for them and crossroads / they had the hearts, knowledge and tools to give us the best treatment that we needed. I owe them my life.
I’ve been at patient here for over 2 yrs. There has been a lot of turnover with counselors but things do seem to be getting more consistent. There are no groups or classes offered, just methadone maintenance. One huge improvement is everyone gets weekend takehomes now since the pandemic started. It’s like anything else recovery based- you get out of it what you put in it. If you’re serious about making a change methadone can be a great option or alternative.
Always fast and Carol is amazing she has really helped me in so many ways.
I love my counselor Holly. She’s always there when I need her for whatever reason. I like the other staff also. The only complaint I have is waiting to long to be dosed. We have been waiting up to 2 hours. That’s uncalled for. Also people have been leaving or going outside and then coming back in jumping in front of others to get dosed. That’s not right or fair.
When you have to take a urine screen you have to chase people down and beg them to do your screen. It ends up making me late to work. The nurses.Dameon and Cody (staff) are wonderful and always helpful. Clinic has NO meetings to attend and they are important
