Everyone was courtious and professional. My councelor and doctor supplied me with the tools to get back to a clean life from drugs and alcohol. They were precise with my paperwork and happy to help me with my addiction. Thank you all!!

My experience was great. I called into the office to get my appointment changed to an earlier time due to transportation and they were very easy going about helping me with that issue. My appointment went pretty smooth and rather quickly. Overall satisfied!!

It was smooth and easy. The staff was polite and friendly. However, I didn’t appreciate the fact that I was late on one of my appointments and was told to reschedule and yet yesterday I was behind another patient waiting for my turn and overheard her say that she was an hour late and yet she wasn’t told to reschedule ...what is done to one should be done for all. But overall, I do like the staff.

The woman who handled my intake, I think her name was Cindy, she did a wonderful job, really humanized the process I felt comfortable telling her about my past experiences. It showed me that there are people in the world who genuinely care about others. That's a lot of what we need in the world right now

I know you're in a tough position, dealing with people who basically got themselves into trouble with opiates or other legal or illegal drugs. Everyone has treated me like a human being and NOT some sort of drug addict and it's helped me stay focused on doing what needs to be done, and I greatly appreciate it.

Every person that I speak to from the front desk to the director to the nurses to the counselor are absolutely wonderful. I had transferred from another location and I am so glad that I did. I would recommend this facility to anybody that is needing help.
