This clinic has literally tripled in patients over the past year or so. There are not enough staff (nurses & counselors) to efficiently handle the number of ppl coming through every morning. There has been a really high turnover rate for counselors too- seems like as soon as you get comfortable with one, they’re gone & on to the next. Overall, it’s a pretty decent clinic! One thing I wish CTC would offer is suboxone & vivitrol MAT.

Where do I start your computer systems are so slow if I’m late for work one more time I’m fired. No as of April 1 you’re going to take away like a credit day and guys that helped me out more than once but we always have to pay it back I don’t understand I have to pay cash it gets expensive and I’m doing a whole lot better in life because of you guys but sometimes you make it hard on me and I do thank you for all you do but a little things you do to help us really mean something thank you

Nurses are amazing. They treat me very well and are very informative of the program and of the conditions I am dealing with while in treatment. They make this clinic work.

Crossroads has gave me my life back after 20 + years of being addicted to opiates. It’s not been easy, and I have struggled and fell but I get back up and stay on my journey to stay sober. I’ve had some great counselors, doctors, N.P. , and other staff members to say something that gave me stength to make it one more day. I thank God for CTC.
