Most of the staff is always friendly. Although, they do have A LOT of turnover at that center. I’ve been going for 3 years & I’ve had 7-8 different counselors. The same is true for the head administrator & especially the front desk, too. I’m glad we still have the same physician these last 3 years, who is very pleasant. The fairly new app, Engage, is having its quirks. Such as patients still going in front of you.
