Love the staff and especially my counselor and all the nurses. I greatly attribute the positive steps I have taken in my recovery to the positive people at Crossroads Treatment Center.

My counselor who I really liked and had for a year left and so I was really caught off guard when I went on Thursday 2/4/21 I understand staff leaves and things are difficult bc of covid and I only go every 4 weeks but a counselor is an important part of my treatment team it would be nice when there’s a change like that with a counselor, director, dr. It would be nice to notify the client. I understand different dosing nurses, administration, security change a lot and that’s fine but when it comes to someone like a counselor... read more

It's always been really helpful and quick although this last appt was set for 905 am and didnt get to see the dr over zoom till almost 12 noon. I had to constantly call to find out why instead of them calling and letting me know it would be running extremely late.

This month was an exception because they lost my paperwork and it took longer than normal. But the counselor is wonderful and they truly care about me as a person.
