I have been at Crossroads for a while and never had a problem. I guess the only thing I have issue with is getting a new counselor every time I get use to the one I have . Scott was great and I truly hate to see him go . I hope I get a new counselor who is as good as he was and understands me .
The staff is very efficient and kind. I am in a wheelchair and they made my visit smooth without having to go back and forth from room to room.
My experience was good, I had transferred from another treatment center and it was a smooth transition.
I don’t know anyone from cross roads but the doctors that I been dealing with the last 4 yrs have been great
I know anytime that I've had an issue is all I had to do was call in and within about ten minutes the issues was fixed and the staff answer all and any questions that I have and it really seems like there are staff that actually do there job thank you BobbieSue January 23 2121
