It’s getting much better and more organized, however I can’t say that I appreciated getting a soft search on my person before the on site drug test. I don’t understand, why would someone sneak drugs in before a drug test. I thought the whole idea was to have a clean drug test. There got to be some trust between us. One more point, my appointment was in the a.m. but the doctor didn’t electronically send my prescription in until the end of the day. The lines between the hours of 5:00am and 7:00am are too long and have made myself and others late for work. The pharmacy is where the slow down occurs. Now that being said the pharmacy staff is great.They provide friendly service and appear, from what little I know, to be very competent at their job. The staff is great, the system is just too slow for the amount of patients. Thank you.
