Doctors are very kind and understanding. No judgments. Billing department however leaves a lot to be desired. My records of payment are always incorrect and the insurance company doesn’t receive proper coding so they don’t cover my lab work. I’ve been trying to get it squared away for months and months.

Locally Cross Roads “Formally ARS” has been good, respectful and helpful with my ups and downs in recovery. Cross Roads ARS is a vital part and tool in my life for my recovery. Dr. Kate Lamendella Nurse Practionaire Is the best Dr. She’s kind, listens, and respectful and very understanding.
