The clinic was a little late in opening and there were a few people waiting out in the cold. Everything else was fine.

Visit fine but we ended up on Telemed session. I am fine with that but why until COVID is under control we can’t at least do maybe 1 of 3 visits as telemedicine. It really seems one more risky encounter than really required. There still no idea when I can get vaccinated and I need to minimize contact wherever possible. I had to keep masked up and could have been w/o also saving valuable time. Aside from occasional fill in doctors that seem to treat me as a first time patient everyone is polite and professional.

This is the first time I've ever tried a treatment center of this type so I did not know what to expect. Based on the location in Kensington I wasn't expecting much. However, from the moment I walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. Even a few laughs during my initial meeting with the front counter staff. They were very friendly and helpful.
