I love going here bc they are so friendly and personable. Dr. Gary and his team are always so kind and efficient. I will continue coming here and refer people I know if they ever needed help.

Great place but definitely need to look at problems with policy regarding patients who are prescribed benzodiazepines by their primary doctor before admission into ARS.

I’ve been a patient at Crossroads for about 1 1/2 years and I’ve had a good experience. The staff are all very kind and clearly invested in the clients. A few issues: There’s been very high turnover with the staff—even the doctor—although it seems to be stabilizing the last 6 months under a new director. The nurses are fantastic. Disappointing for me is there are zero groups. Others may find this to be a plus, but I find groups to be valuable to my recovery. The staff was all professional, helpful, and extremely nice, a good environment to make a new patient feel comfortable and bring their worry level down, to help aleviate some of their stress and anxiety!!!
