Fine, I’m just confused why you don’t take my insurance. I am on a fixed income and really do not have the money So this is a really horrible situation I’m in now.

The nurses were very helpful (Johnstown office) helped me get my zoom, televisit fixed on my phone, so I could fix my phone . The doctors are very considerate and polite.

I was on hold for five hours waiting for the doctor. But he was such a great person that when I talked to him that I didn't care anymore about the wait!!!!

I always get dealt with quickly but my only concern ia the fact that when I go there, I have to go with my teen daughter or my brother and have to be subject to seeing people that are obviously still in their addiction standing around with see through bags of syringes. My family saw enough of that and for me it's just does something to me mentally and emotionally. So I feel they need to learn to weed those still using, out better

I really like the Doctors and staff. They are Great!! Sometimes it seems to take a very long time until your in and out of the Drs office. Other than that I really like it.
