Have had a good experience so far. Only complaints i would have is sometimes i am not told about charges like follow up drug screens that are $10 extra and I am surprised by them when. I check in. Also, sometimes i have needed to move my counseling session because i had to get to work and they wouldn’t reschedule it for me. And it takes a while to get called to dose when the waiting area is almost empty. Those aren’t huge deals but kind of aggravating.

Every thing went really smooth this time when I went Really professional. I realize in the past y'all have been short staff and the girl at the front desk was doing a lot by her self. She a very sweet person and just know you have a great employee. Everyone there is very nice. I'm so grateful you all have helped my get my life back on track. Thank you for that a million times.

I absolutely adore my counselor, Clint, he’s the best. I love the front desk ladies and most of the nurses as well. There is a character or two at my facility who could use a major attitude adjustment, but since I don’t have to deal with them too often, I tolerate it. The facility itself is well kept and clean. They are staying on top of social distancing and requiring everyone to wear masks due to COVID-19, which is good.
