I just can’t say enough good things about Crossroads. Ever since ownership changed from ARS to Crossroads, the entire facility has strived for excellence. My care provider, Mary Cerapini, is probably the best health care professional I’ve interacted with. Very sympathetic, empathetic, understanding, and personable.

The doctor and nurses are great! Love new administrator. The wait is too long and they need to make 1 rule the same for everyone. It seems some patients get special treatment.

At this point ARS is awesome. I'm doing phone appointments. I am not trying to catch the VID so this is perfect. They use Zoom which is very easy to use. You get to see the doctor and the doctor can see you. I love it.

I realized on Tuesday I would not be able to make my appointment on the following day. They were able to re schedule me for Thursday morning. When I called the person on the phone had the patience and understanding to help me. I was treated very nicely.
