Crossroads has been a big part of my sobriety.. My counselor is very helpful as well as understanding and compassionate. The nurses are amazing. Most of all Lisa our director is exceptional. When this pandemic first started I was very nervous about what was going to happen but Lisa has done a wonderful job of working things out so that we all get the help we need .. I have to say that I'm not near as nervous knowing that Lisa has our backs and will do what it takes to make sure that help is available for us.

My counselor is very nice and easy to talk to. In fact, most of the staff are very nice and pleasant to be around. Many of the clients are rude and impatient but that is to be expected. All in all, I love the place and the staff! It would be nice if they had a dosing line just for higher phases so that we don't hold up the line when getting our take-homes. This may help things run a bit smoother and help those who are impatient and think they're too good to wait like everyone else. Every time I'm there I hear someone complai... read more

In my opinion I probably wouldn’t be here to do this review if it were not for cross roads . I have always been treated with respect and given help when I thought the was no hope I’m slowly coming down off of the methadone and could not be happier now thanks

I get texts and emails reminding me of my visit. So I’m always aware of when my upcoming visit is.Always courteous at reception at ARS westmoreland st. Doctors are always patient and thorough. I get in and out efficiently with a text of when my next visit is. A plus service. I’ve been currently going to this office for close to a year now and it’s the most convenient place I have encountered

I loved being able to call and set up a Zoom appointment within the same hour and then talking to a doctor who sent a prescription right to my pharmacy to hold me over until I get to my in-person appointment next week. I was impressed with the quickness and how polite the staff was!! Thank you.

My appointments are better with zoom ....it's not a long drawn out process having to sit an wait at the office .. thanks to all the doctors and staff that make the appointments easy during these terrible days dealing with covid ..you are greatly appreciated !!
