I was referred to Crossroads Treatment Center from my previous counselor at another clinic. After making the change to CTC, I found it was a really good change for multiple reasons. The manager was was pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The staff is always friendly & there to help you in any way possible. And your treatment is all about you and your needs. Love it.
I’ve always given you 5 stars. Today, my feelings of the center I attend, are different. I’ve watched 3 clinical directors come and go. The first one, incompetent and showed no compassion. The second OMAR, came in and changed the entire atmosphere. He showed compassion, loyalty, and respect to each and every one of us. We weren’t treated as a number, but as a human.
