I felt very welcomed and listened to. I never felt judgement or that I would not receive the help I was looking and hoping for. I was listened to and acknowledged in what I was hoping to gain and be able to obtain for myself by going through this program. I felt cared about right away and like I mattered and would receive any and all help I needed going forward.

It’s really not a good time for me to do a review. I have been going less than a week. Some things I have noticed. Derrick is awesome I really look forward to our sessions!! I hate the hearing of the early patients in the morning. But I assume that is mostly due to COVID-19. Also, high risk patients should not have to wait.

So far so good. The nurse, counselors and Dr are all pleasant to work with. I came here as a Medicare transfer patient. The problem is to receive my take homes for the first week I had to pay cash. Crossroads also charges more then the clinic I came from, i.e., $70 vs. $60 per week. In thirty to forty yrs of clinics it’s the only time in seeing what I call a ‘Sunday Charge.’ In conclusion, it’s much the same as any other clinic. The initial charge hurt being on a fixed income, hopefully this will be okay shortly.

Actually I’ve been a patient at Crossroads for 10 years give or take. I loved my counselor whom is now the program director at the location I attend. I moved to Richmond, Va for about 4 years in that time and loved the treatment I received so much and felt like Jamica Graham actually cared about my well being that I would drive 3 1/2 hours each way 1 or 2 times a month so I didn’t have to switch. I’ve only had 2 counselors in that time and had to switch when she became the director. I was able to find another councilor that ... read more
