The staff is always so professional. They always greet you by name, they take the time to connect with you on a professional yet compassionate level. I’ve never once felt judged or belittled.. They have handled the whole COVID situation better than any other Dr office..

Miss Anne Schlimm is my Dr. She s been GREAT - SHE REALLY SEEMS ON POINT ABD CARES. THANK YOU ALSO THE OFFICE STAFF CHANGE IS VERY WELCOMED THE LAST GROUP WERE NOT NICE.

Every time I check in at crossroads it’s a pleasant experience generally it’s not super busy and overcrowded it’s very clean and the staff is always providing service that goes above and beyond. I highly recommend crossroads to anyone that is looking for treatment and recovery.

Very fast efficient and wonderful atmosphere with knowledgeable people who are kind and easy to talk too! One suggestion is with the app for signing in gives you a number to enter the line into building but people who are suppose to be further down crowd the front door making it impossible to remain 6 feet apart some don’t care about COVID-19 but most of us wanna stay safe and follow rules

My experience was very professional and my appointment time was punctual. The staff at Johnstown location are nice and helpful! The office now is much more personal, private, and spacious
