I’ve been coming here for maybe 6 months, and it’s great. My doctor, Gary is awesome as well as the other doctors. He actually cares and takes time to talk to you about any concerns or questions you have. Never wait too long (maybe that’s just cus of corona) But i like it, it’s close, and it’s easy.
They Do A Phenomenal Job
Lady was very nice n etc But my appt was at 12:30 pm I didn’t speak to her until 1:20 pm Which killed my battery time n I was volunteering somewhere n had to leave my post way after I ask for a few mins to speak to dr I understand things happen But never almost a hr I have waited Again I no things happen I do appreciate each person at ARS they go that extra mile to help us with out rehab
The staff at the Highland Park location is absolutely great. Friendly, helpful, and always positive. They always ask about my daughter. Very pleasant. I can't say the same for the Monroeville office. I took someone there and not only were they not friendly, but no one seemed to care about anything. Very unprofessional. That office is 5 minutes from my house, yet I travel 35 min to Highland Park because I feel more comfortable. And my doctor is great. I had another doctor in the beginning. She was good. Clean environment friendly staff. Helpful staff and the Dr is nice and very polite. I tell people who need help with what you provide to go to the beaver office. And also the beaver office is always on time unlike other offices I have been to
It's a really nice place and great people that works there, overall I don't have any gripes only....my appointment might be scheduled at 2:30 I won't get seen maybe anywhere from 45 minutes to maybe an hour or longer. That's what sucks for me.
When I call crossroads for whatever reason, no one has ever been short or impatient with me. They're always very pleasant., Which in these days and times that saying pretty much! Thank you
