You all did a terrific job!
My husband and I have been wIth the Jacksboro practice for several years and have been treated exceptional by all the staff at the office. It one time have we been treated bad. The only issue we have ever had is when the drs numbers were messed up it got us messed up with our insurance company and our pharmacy. ***Now we have issue that out pre auth runs out in February and was told that you guys were no longer getting those that we would have to pay for our mess out of pocket. The customer service on the phone was very good
My experience with Crossroads as of late (the last year) with Dr Vasil is extremely positive. even the Zoom up online experience is good. keeps us accountable. In my lifetime I've only been unaddicted for the first 16 years of my life and other than short bursts in between this is the longest I have ever been off opiates. I don't have cravings or struggle with a drug free lifestyle. It's a positive all around experience with Crossroads as a whole.

I’ve been to a few clinics and this has been one of the best. I followed someone here who has helped me in my recovery for years. Tara my counselor is amazing and the staff is incredible. I’m glad I changed my last clinic. I feel I am a person here and not a number like all the rest
