The doctor is professional and considerate. They ask appropriate questions and voice reasonable concerns. I love my doctor! She’s amazing. Life is soooo much better having her on my side.
I had nothing, but praise for Crossroads until this past Saturday 10/3/2020. I’ve had Saturday appointments in Indiana for at least two years, even when going virtual since COVID-19 has changed our lives. During my appointment I found out that Ms. Montgomery will be leaving Crossroads and I’ve been switched to Tuesday’s with another Dr...I work and Saturday’s worked perfectly for me in Indiana, but now I will have to take a half or whole vacation day for my Tuesday appointments unless I go to Johnstown. Overall experience was fine as normal,office ladies were both professional and efficient . As for the doctor, being on conference call with him in his office due to coronavirus, he still seems to really make an effort to connect on a personal level with patients. But overall with coronavirus and all restrictions associated with it, still a nice simple visit.
The receptionists are always kind and knowledgeable. The Dr. Is has consistently been positive and supportive of recovery and actually seems to care about how your life is going and not just giving you medication and getting you out the door. Every experience has been a good one.

Front desk lady is always so very kind and helpful in whatever I may need. The doctor I see is also involved and makes sure my concerns are addressed. They make the environment comfortable and easy to navigate. They have been nothing short of awesome!
