Great! When my turn came I was seen. I do think that we should get something that shows the order that we come in the building. To keep the confusion down. Give a number or something.

Dr.Thompson is a wonderful Doctor. He listens without judgement and ensures that the patient is comfortable. The staff are also patient and will work with your schedule. I have been with Dr.Thompson for two years now and in this treatment process, if you find a caring Doctor, you keep that caring Doctor. Only down side is the call center. They are not on the same page as the VA office and communication needs improvement. Other than that, this group is the real deal and I will stay here for my sobriety.

My visits have improved a great deal over the last year, the waiting time has decreased & the offices & staff at the locations I have been to recently are nice & professional. I like that I was been able to do tele-visits when things were shut down but going into the office has been ok too. I am happy with the improvements that have been made.
