I have been with crossroads for little short of a year my initial interaction was of great concern but has time went on and we received new staff I must say there are some who it appears take pride in serving the clients and the community and took overall pride in what they did I would like to mention Monica, Allen prime, and Amanda Posey. Love the renovation in the waiting room in Highland Park. The whole process signing in, blood pressure, etc.moves smoothly. One big plus is the addition of the shelves in the bathroom for supplies. Thank You for That! Really like TeleVisits although they’re short. Not much time with the Doctor. Overall, great job!
