I am so grateful for this program. I wanted to get away from the pain medicine I was taking but was terrified of having to go through withdrawal and I didn't want to go to a methadone clinic every day because the methadone is worse to detox from than the medication I was taking. The strips are quick, convenient, they work great and they're easier to ween off from. They doctor is great and I don't have to leave my house to see her every month. I wasn’t as happy as I usually am, believe me I’m always happy with my doctor, I just love her, but the staff this time , I’m not sure why, when someone comes in late for their appointment why the go in to see the doctor before people that are on time for their appointment’s go in

Nurses and dr are very nice but the speed of the entire process is much too slow!

I have no complaints really. I have been on Methadone Treatment for about 4 years now. I come to the clinic once a month. That being said maybe there should be a little more material that is geared toward someone who is in phase 6 and has been there for a while. It is understandable that most things are geared towRd the new patients but in a perfect world... Overall, good job!

The Drs. and staff are very helpful. I'm missing taking part in the prescription reset-O. I was learning so much. I heard from other people in the program that they were getting a lot out of it, too. I was told that the reset was no longer available in your program. Can you bring it back?

Crossroads is a great clinic very professional and caring staff. I love my counselor she is very easy to talk to and I feel that she legitimately cares about her clients. I appreciate that they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible so you can get to work

Doctors and staff are great I really epreciate them the program gave me my life back the only thing with the Tele med is my appointment times are off cause I have a very demanding work schedule and I need eaely Sat mornings before the tele med i was getting them now i have to call almost every week and reschedule
