My experience was in and out, little wait time, and the ladies in the office along with the Doctor Steven were all friendly, receptive to my needs, and caring. The doctor gave me the chance to ask questions after he saw me, also, and I always appreciate that. Thank you, Crossroads, your Suboxone program has really aided my life for the better. I have surpassed a year clean as of August 10th, 2020, and this program had a lot to do with that. With great appreciation, Martin J. Bradstreet

Getting in was really fast, everybody there was awesome... And to me the best thing is I didn’t feel like I was being judged for my past mistakes

I've been to a few different treatment centers but none of them compare to crossroads. The doctors, councilors, and the other staff are all super nice people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for treatment

They practice social distancing and even have chairs spread apart. They offer masks, hand sanitizer and tissues upon request. Professional facility is clean and runs in an orderly fashion. Normally no long wait times or delays. Would recommend to others.

My counselor, all the staff, have been extremely giving, supportive, empathetic, etc. I really can go on forever because all of you have made the time to be there for me especially these last few months. You have never been judgemental or assumed one way or another without sitting down with me & discussing any issues that might have arisen in the past . I have been going to this clinic for over a year now and it has changed my life. For me, methadone helps in so many ways and I don’t know what I would have done without it. The staff there have a genuine passion for helping us addicts get through this detour in life. The counselors, the nurses and even Samantha the secretary are all very nice and I’ve never had a problem.
