Virtual appointments go very well. No issues, prescriptions have went through fine electronically. Dr is wonderful! The only thing I could say that could use improvement is sometimes the waiting time for the appointment to start. Last appointment time was good but I’ve waited up to an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen.

I need to get name's but the one blone receptionist is amazing, she helps me with my work schedule where the others I've asked said it was up to me to deal with what appointment I'm givin. I will get name's on next visit and review again. Other then that it's a great place to get the help needed.

The staff is great and very hardworking. I enjoy working with my counselor, as well. I also GREATLY appreciate being able to continue to visit the clinic on a monthly basis during this pandemic.
