I'm happy with my overall experience. The councilor I see is great. The Drs are professional but friendly and efficient. Office staff is... Professional. When I first started I seen Dr Ruth whom I adored. She diagnosed me with PTSD and started me on medication for it. I felt I was getting somewhere on the reasons WHY I CONTINUE TO USE. I went in thinking I had an appointment at the Erie, Peach St office only to find out they had scheduled me in Philly (I guess there must be another Girard Pa near Philly).. Thankfully the receptionist took me in and had me seen. After taking opioid pain medication for almost 20 years due to accident, it was very hard to stop!! Thank y... read more

The Carrick office has been better about confidentiality in general and tele visits are even more private. I've been in recovery since the 4th of July weekend 2009, 11 years and I've struggled with frustration over how suboxone treatment is handled. The pandemic has allowed me the most freedom and flexibility, not having to figure out my schedule as much and not having ... read more

Every thing has been working good I've got my meds on time. I worry that something will go wrong and I won't get my meds and then I'll be sick. I hat that they stopped Saturday visits. With the way I work it's hard for me to get to the clinic on a weekdays. If I find another clinic that is open Saturday I will chang to it.
