I’m very happy with the service I get from crossroads. Very nice people you have working for you I don’t think you pay them enough they really care. They have helped me greatly. The building is very clean they follow all safety precautions when it comes to this corona virus. I thank God we have crossroads to go to for help especially the counselors and nurses I can’t forget about the reception gentleman I forgot his name but he is the first person you see when you come in the door he makes you feel comfortable and safe. I found the staff have been very helpful. They always have the time to help me and have a great willingness to help. I’m not treated unfairly at all. Very nice people

I'm gonna be honest for the first 4years was amazing the Drs could write everything I need because by the time I pay for the visit and my meds without insurance I can't go to any other Drs because it takes everything extra plus more to pay for my visit and pay for my meds it's so hard especially now that I'm not working as much at all because of the Corona pandemic, I can't quit I've been clean for 4 dang years but wat if it gets to were I can't pay at all wat am I supposed to do??????

Friendly supportive staff. Felt like they listen to my needs without judging me. Feel like they're in my corner. Both my husband and I go there we couldn't be happier.
