GREAT JOB 🤝
Thru out this pandemic the service at crossroads has been sufficient. I've been going into the office and do not no how to utilize the zoom appointments but am satisfied.
I’m using Telemed and the Dr.’s are very nice and are VERY willing to help you as well as the staff. There are NEVER any judgment it’s so refreshing to go somewhere and not to get judged! So THANK YOU!
My recent contact was a standard phone check on. The nurse was very professional, brief and to the point. The call was routes through several switchboard, eventually to the comic I was calling. After reaching then clinic everyone was efficient and professional.
The staff was awesome. They really made effort to make sure I was comfortable and that I didn't feel out of place. The only thing I would change is that I'm have to go weekly at first I think that's to often. But it's a great place to get treatment.
I was just checking in, still everyone I spoke to was Efficient and decent.
I have used the zoom app twice now and both times were easy to use and successful. I would rather do this than have to worry about transportation to Franklin and back.
People that work there are great. It’s just the people that go there. Some of the councils are not good. Well one. She argues with the patients and that not professional for a councilor.
