You all helped me a great deal. I am very grateful to be in the clinic.
Some days it’s good and some days it’s bad bc of the drama and I have bad ptsd. I feel like no one cares about that. When I tell Lisa she says something smart to me like wel you are just going to have to deal with it. Bc there is nothing she can do. Not the nurse Lisa the director or whatever you guys call her. She can be very mean. I understand ppl get smart with her but I have always been nice even when she hurt my feelings.
I was in and out in a timely manner
Very quick not much interaction with staff or the doctor during actual in person visits or tele visits.
Great! Staff was very friendly and very honest and open about themselves. I felt very comfortable there. Dr was very nice.
