Most of the time the process was quick and painless. On the other hand more than once it was a packed waiting room and I was there for hours. But staff was for the most part nice and helpful.
Fast and convenient with a courteous staff
Everyone was very nice and it wasn't like it used to be!! :-)Sometimes I would sit there for a couple hours!! I was there 10 minutes early and I seen the doctor write on my appointment time and I was in and out. Some people don't believe that this is like a regular doctor appointment but it is and we should all treat it as a regular doctor and be respectful.
Was helpful getting recovery done and alot more easily than others
The secretary is so nice and helpful. She gives a feel of that your a person not just a patient. Lady dr in mckeesport is great too.
