Very kind, Calm, and Professional during these hard times. I had to go into the office, due to connection problems with the "Zoom" App. Although..... For some reason I'm not getting the Text's that tell me what time my Zoom Dr appointment is. I know it's May 12th. I don't know what time I should log on. Most of the time the process was quick and painless. On the other hand more than once it was a packed waiting room and I was there for hours. But staff was for the most part nice and helpful.

Everyone was very nice and it wasn't like it used to be!! :-)Sometimes I would sit there for a couple hours!! I was there 10 minutes early and I seen the doctor write on my appointment time and I was in and out. Some people don't believe that this is like a regular doctor appointment but it is and we should all treat it as a regular doctor and be respectful.
