My experience with Cross roads treatment center was great . Fast service and very nice doctor ...Also my medicine is quickly faxed over to pick up and the receptionist is quick by texting your cell with your next appointment.!!!!
Very charismatic, and undeniably reasoning.
I would really like to thank everyone for coming to work today, I forget the name of the young woman at reception but she was very kind (BIG SMILE) and nursing, ever diligent ,caught a potential oversight on my part. I realize we all have to “trust but verify “ , I appreciate that I was treated fairly and not felt “less than” , people usually quick to judge and remind us we are addicts, I was never made to feel that way and that means a lot!! The staff at the Cranberry and New Castle centers are always very kind. They all are very caring and helpful beyond their duties. The Doctors are always professional, courteous, considerate and cordial. Walking in is like seeing an old friend even to those Ive never met. I look forward to continuing my treatment at your facility.

The staff at the Connelsville office is amazing, they all go above and beyond to assist you.. even now with this lock down and no contact order they make it so easy to get the help alot of us recovering need right now so we dont have a relapse 😀 and for that and everything, thank you be safe and take care
