Things went quite smoothly and the staff was very nice. I was put out a bit bu their dropping the f bomb more than once. That doesnt give a professional vibe.

The staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars would have been given had it not taken 3 calls to make a appointment. However, this was the first time I needed to have a “online” meeting with a doctor. Possible there was confusion with the appointment setters as to how to make the appointment. These folks are life savers in my book and I will always recommend them.

Very good doctor-patient relationship. I love the knowledge I receive about addiction and how it affects me personally. All the staff are welcoming and do wonderful work, especially when it comes to connecting with each patient. I never have felt judged or looked down upon since day #1. I would recommend Crossroads Treatment Centers to anyone and everyone who is looking for treatment and freedom from addiction !
