My only issue was the chaos due to the covid 19 situation. I appreciate the switch to telemed format for the time being. Also when an appointment is missed it puts patients in a critical position to relapse due to difficulty with scheduling. However the office has made weekend appointments and multiple offices to help. They wait can be long especially in the afternoons but morning appointments aren't as bad (the Drs. seem to type super slow). Everyone is nice and helpful...only issue I have is getting switched around from one counselor to another I think you should see the same one every time so they are aware of the patient’s background and issues. I do however recommend this facility to anybody seeking help the doctors and staff are all amazing!!
