Excellent help when i needed it the most
I'm not exactly sure how this applies to my experience with the former ARS. Just as long as we get our treatment and procedure remains the same then great I hope the best for the company.

I'm a current patient at crossroad treatment in Middletown ky, used to be called ars treatment. Staff is super nice and there to help you and not judge your past which I like. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, Dr. Izabella is very nice and helpful also. Overall wonderful experience so far, 10/10 for me I would Definetly recommend and I wouldn't want to go to any other clinic after going to the Middletown ky location. Very wonderful experience
In these times they did a great job keeping people apart and getting us in and out fast. Even before this pandemic the service is first class. Everything is professional and handled very well. Couldnt be happier
Everyone was wearing mask and gloves. They had 2 nurses at the door signing people in as they pulled up. They was only letting 10 people in the building at a time. They didn't take a really long time. Made sure my medicine was at the pharmacy before I left. Doctor talked with me made sure everything was working good and answered my questions. They also offered me a mask to wear where I didn't have anything to use. Everyone was really nice.
The visit went fine, the clinic was clean and the staff and doctor is always very understanding.
