Melissa in the office answered all our questions regarding home inspections and helped us accommodate a scheduling issue with our realtor. Crosstown Engineering was hired by my foundation repair company to perform an independent analysis of the foundation following the repair. The engineer was prompt, thorough, and courteous. He performed concise measurements to map key elevation points of the entire house in order to verify the foundation repair work. He also was very helpful in supplying suggestions to remedy drainage problems around the house, and timeframes for repairing internal wall cracks caused by the failing foundation. Crosstown Engineering were professional and courteous when they came to my home. Adam Green was thorough in his assessment of my exterior foundation and detailed interior measurements. Adam provided a preliminary recommendation upon inspection and followed it with the final structural report. It allowed for several options of repair from minimal to extreme. I will be recommending this company to anyone needing honest and trustworthy structural foundation assessment.
