Very professional and prompt responses. The inspector was patient and answered all the questions to our satisfaction
Crosstown was able to my appointment booked quickly and get the inspection completed by the following day. I was up against the end of my inspection period but I did not have to request an extension and was able to proceed to closing with confidence about the foundation of our new home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and service and would highly recommend Crosstown.

The engineer was totally professional and did a complete job and politely answered all of my questions and/or concerns. Their cost was reasonable and received my report within 4 hours for only an extra $25. Highly recommend this company
Crosstown Engineering was great to work with throughout the entire home inspection process. Melissa in the office answered all our questions regarding home inspections and helped us accommodate a scheduling issue with our realtor. The inspector Jordan was prompt, extremely thorough and patient. He used infrared technology to identify areas in the home that needed additional insulation.
