Our sales rep Phil in the Lees Summit, MO store was very friendly and helpful. I haven't received my order yet, so if it all comes as it should I would say I am 100% satisfied- but I guess time will tell.
Sale was extremely easy. No sales pressure and salesman was very polite and informative on questions. Delivery schedule much better that expected - ordered Saturday and scheduled delivery the following Wednesday.

This is not my first purchase at your store-I keep coming back! Betsy was so helpuful in choosing coordinating pieces. Prices are reasonable for high quality furniture. Great selection of pieces and sales personnel allowed for plenty of browsing time. Mark coordinated the delivery and was very helpful. The delivery was on time, furniture arrived in pristine condition and was placed to my satisfaction. I will be back! I am a huge fan of your new Lee's Summit location.
