Unfortunately I cannot give a good review.we bought a living room set and paid for an extended warranty. We’ve had the furniture about a year and the seats are already sagging. We called and they sent out a repairman and he said he’d get it fixed. 1 1/2 months later it is still not fixed and they say didn’t get the same story basically from the repairman and a few calls later, they’ll have someone call. 3 weeks later, still waiting on that call. I bought a king mattress and frame for $6,800.00. I paid $65 and was told that was needed to take away my old mattress, when they arrived with the new one. Once at my house it was BATE AND SWITCH time. They refused to take away my old mattress, with the workers saying..."We cannot have old mattresses in with new furniture." They broke my light in my hallway, destroyed my smoke alarm and NOW I will have to pay $200 to have a junk removal service come and do what they LIED about to me. We purchased a couch that was special order and took 5 1/2 months to get. We were very happy when it got here. After 1 week of use the middle reclining section handle came loose. Upon inspection it was a very poor manufacturer design - screwed up into laminated pressed wood with no way for the screw to get a good grip. A Crowley tech came out to look at it and wanted to screw back into the same spot. We declined and spoke to the Tech service manager. Peggy was a great sales lady. Only reason for 4 star review is outside of her control: prices are a little high and the company needs a more detailed booklet of what the warranty includes.
Store was very clean and had a great selection.
